Okay, I’ll show you a quick exercise that can boost your energy. We all have those moments when we feel down, sad and we just want to lay in bed for the rest of the day and sleep. Now, I’m not saying that this is a bad idea. Sometimes we need this sleep, but what do you do when you simply can’t do this? When you are at work, at school, or you just have stuff to do, you need something to quickly raise your vibration.

Why is it so important to get rid of these bad moods? Well… the more you let them stay, the more they’ll become comfortable and the harder it will be to escape.
Apathy has a very low vibration, next to guilt and shame. This will not affect only you, but those around you too, your family, friends, loved ones.
So if you don’t do it for yourself, do it for them!
Get rid of apathy fast with this great trick. Let’s do this exercise right now and boost your energy!
Think of a moment when you were really excited. Let me make it easier for you. Ask yourself this: When did I do something I really wasn’t supposed to? Something that made you feel a little guilty for not listening to your parents (for example) but so alive… That feeling of doing something dangerous. If you’ve ever tried jumping with a parachute or if you’ve ever made sex in the living room when your parents were in the kitchen, you know exactly what kind of feeling that is!
Now think at that moment with all of your senses. Feel that moment again. Make it as real as possible. You can close your eyes. See it, smell it, hear it, touch it (hey…not that!!!). If you jumped with a parachute, please don’t scream right now. Instead of this exercise, your neighbours might recommend you to go see a doctor…
If you are laughing, this is perfect. But now return to that moment. Great excitement, adrenaline running trough your veins, you are so alive! You don’t even care that what you are doing is forbidden. You just enjoy the moment. And it feels so good…
Keep that in mind! Now snap your fingers. The more you repeat this exercise, the quicker your mind will learn to associate the snapping of fingers with that feeling, with the adrenalin running trough your veins, with you feeling full of life and excited to be alive.
When you feel like you just don’t care about anything any more, just snap your fingers. You can even close your eyes for a little while when you do that, and allow yourself to feel alive, to feel the excitement of that moment. You have the opportunity to live it again and again.
Do this as often as you can. You can even do it in the morning when you wake up. You’ll soon notice that snapping your fingers can successfully replace coffee…
